Withdrawal from contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The deadline is met if you send us your notice of withdrawal before it expires. By completing and submitting this form you notify us of your withdrawal — we will confirm receipt by e-mail without delay. Please send the goods back to us no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal. You bear the cost of returning the goods to us. We will refund the cost of the original delivery, but only up to the amount of the cheapest standard delivery method we offer; if you chose a more expensive delivery method, the difference compared to the cheapest method will not be refunded. We will refund all payments within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used (or to the account you provide); we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them.
