Press the pump and dispense the desired amount of balm. Apply it 2 to 3 times daily to clean skin on the face or body and gently massage it in.
During application, we recommend indulging in a simple breathing exercise (4-second inhale through the nose, 8-second exhale through the nose). This exercise helps you connect with your body and observe the processes in your mind.
Before first use, test the ointment on a small spot on your skin to avoid any potential reaction. Do not use it on open wounds. In case of more serious diseases, consult your doctor about using this product.
