How to proceed?
Once your period has adjusted, you can stop taking the 1500 and switch to only taking the 1000 (from the fourth or fifth day before menstruation and during the first three days of menstruation) and the 500 (from the fourth day of menstruation until the fourth or fifth day before menstruation).
