Withdrawal from contract<\/span><\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The deadline is met if you send us your notice of withdrawal before it expires. By completing and submitting this form, you inform us of your withdrawal, and we will confirm receipt promptly by automatic email. The goods must be sent back to us no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal.<\/p>

We will refund the cost of the original delivery of the goods, but only up to the amount of the cheapest standard delivery method we offer; if you chose a more expensive delivery method when ordering, the difference compared to the cheapest method will not be refunded, in accordance with the law.<\/p>

We will refund your payment no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from the contract; however, by law we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of sending them back, whichever occurs first.<\/p>

As a consumer, you are liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The goods may be unpacked, visually inspected, and briefly tried out in a reasonable manner, similar to what would be possible in a physical store. Unreasonable handling may include, in particular, prolonged use, scratching of the packaging, soiling, damage, or returning an incomplete product.<\/p>

We will refund your payment using the same method you used for payment. If you provide an IBAN in the withdrawal form, we will refund your payment to that IBAN.<\/p>
